A local-life platform in the service of residents, and a fair club for shopkeepers and craftsmen — a single partner per area, details never resold, without paying fortunes to the web giants.
Computing arrives. Humberto starts a neighbourhood newspaper project: telling local life, giving space to the shops next door. The project doesn't come through — but the idea never leaves him again.
Always that strong taste for creating communication for businesses. And a simple intuition: using one shop's footfall to bring customers to another — shopkeepers recommending each other, instead of each fighting in their own corner.
To leave the removals trade — very seasonal — and devote himself to business communication, Humberto presents this project to the CNAM's « Small business entrepreneurship » programme: dynamic business-card displays regularly restocked, where everyone leaves with a local professional's card (the « PRO en VUE — the professionals' shop windows » display). The project starts, a few displays are installed — for free. But building the website was then too expensive: two engineers try, without much success. Removals call him back, and he stays.
Humberto trained in new technologies and built his own tools. He committed to complex sites to build, without the technical means of old — he found them thanks to artificial intelligence, which helps him build this site and other online services. Taken up again in 2025 with his own means, after months of intensive work: OnBouge is here — to help shopkeepers grow without losing their shirt on communication.
